We helped Innocent researched their kids' drink with mums and kids when it was no more than a white tetra-wedge. Innocent Kids' Drinks launched in March 2005, along with its great kids' website. Innocent's turnover has risen this year to £120m. The kids' drinks' contribution to that is now £50m (source: Innocent).
Innocent kindly said about us:
"We all enjoyed working with you and would happily do it again." (Richard Reed, innocent)
"Your summary was very good. You added value to areas we had not considered. Your comments are definitely influencing our design and communications strategy." (Emma Fraser, innovation manager, innocent)
We've worked again with Innocent on NPD.
"The research was insightful, and very fast, which really helped us out." (Rosie Bennett-Rees, strategic development manager, innocent)
We have recently worked for Bain & Company, the management consultants. They nicely said:
“We quickly needed to understand the strength of food retail store concepts and brands. We have been extremely happy with the outcome and working relationship. Asset is a good match for us because the company has a much faster turn-around time than conventional market research firms. Asset Research was very quick in understanding the key issues at hand, and brought in convincing and relevant food retail experience."
Harry Briggs of Firefly Tonics (herbal drinks in beautiful bright bottles) said:
"We've asked Tessa to do some market research for us several times at Firefly, and have always been really pleased with the results.Tessa has a great instinct for brands, and asks useful, perceptive questions to firm up the brief. She's truly gifted at getting ordinary people - particularly women - to talk to her openly and helpfully. She turns around projects incredibly quickly, and has always come back rapidly with superbly-summarised conclusions. For a relatively small investment, we've learned a lot about how our brand is perceived, and how we can take it forward. I'd recommend Tessa whole-heartedly to anyone who wants to understand better how their brand is perceived by their target market."
We work for professional service firms too.
Ernst & Young used us to help them get closer to entrepreneurs.
Richard Burton, E & Y's Head of Global Marketing, said: "Tessa gave us great insight into our key clients and potential clients, and we would definitely recommend her. The team found her very personable and easy to work with."
Savills employed us to identify new opportunities for them, and we are now working regularly with them on new business generation.
Brian D'Arcy Clark of Savills commented: "Tessa was asked to research a strategically important new business area for Savills. Working to a very tight schedule, she produced a report that was well researched, well documented, and contained insight that demonstrated an absolute understanding of the issues at stake."
Alison Dean, Head of Marketing Savills L & P Limited, adds: "We got so much out of the two pieces of research Tessa did for us recently. Now we know just what our current clients, and potential clients, think of and about us. The research has really influenced our brand planning, marketing, client care and training. It has been widely used in the organisation to prompt change."
Saxton Bampfylde Hever is a search firm whose clients includeTesco, BP, government departments and national arts bodies. Stephen Bampfylde, their Chairman, says:
"Tessa brings the client into the living room. You hear with crystal clarity what someone is thinking. People tell her their truth, and the good thing is, it's actionable. Before she'd finished, she gave us a heads up about a couple of clients' needs and wants, and that's been very helpful."
And our latest clients are.......Graham and Green, exceptional interiors and gifts. Their founder, Antonia Graham says:
"Tessa is good at getting at the information that can help us to make the right decisions for the business and at pinpointing the customers that we need to concentrate on. We value her work very much and have began taking her recomended actions in the stores."
And..
the Design Council, with whom we have worked on research into regional design networks to support designers up and down the country.
